This program exposes students to all aspects of film, video and media industries to prepare for entry-level positions as well as further education in the field. Our major explores everything that is involved in film and video production:

La Roche professors are industry-connected and highly experienced. The department chair of Film, Video and Media holds experience in documentary video, application production and screenwriting. Our award-winning filmmaker-in-residence also provides feedback, instruction and firsthand knowledge to help you start your career in film and video.
La Roche Film Club
Open to all students who are interested in the promotion, appreciation, education and production of film and video, this group sponsors workshops and discussions, and hosts film/video screenings.
What Can You Do With Your Degree?
Film, Video and Media is a competitive field. Our graduates work for film crews, and as teachers or owners of their own production companies. The degree also offers preparation for sound and audio sales, web sales, public relations, advertising and photography.
