Professionals in all stages of their careers, LRU alumni and residents, especially youth, living in the Greater Pittsburgh area are invited to hone new skills and explore new ideas through our Continuing Education offerings and Community Programs.
This focus area of the Center for Lifelong Learning uses the assets, strengths and opportunities of La Roche to meet the progressive learning needs of an ever-changing global society, specifically those from the La Roche community, especially alumni, and individuals living in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Offerings may include for-credit and noncredit certificate programs, classes, microcredentials and professional badges.
This programming serves the local community and residents by offering high-quality, in-demand programs and space utilizing the unique and available resources and assets of La Roche and the Sisters of Divine Providence (CDP). Examples may include: swim classes, academic camps and community lectures.
