Undergraduate Open House Scheduled for Nov. 10 at La Roche College

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 12, 2018 – La Roche College will host an undergraduate open house for high school and transfer students on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Attendees are invited to explore our 50+ majors, meet faculty and staff, and learn more about life on campus. The open house event will begin at 9 a.m. in the Zappala College Center at the University’s campus in the North Hills.  

 Schedule of events: 

 Talk with faculty and staff members and admissions staff: 

  •  9 – 11 a.m. 

Financial aid sessions:

  • 9:15 – 9:45 a.m. 10:15 – 10:45 a.m.   

Campus Tours: 

  • 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. 
  • 10:15 – 11:15 a.m. 
  • 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. 

Police dog demonstration (pending; canines may be called to duty):

  • 10 – 11 a.m. 

Admissions presentation:

  • 9:15 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. 

Complimentary brunch featuring a milkshake bar:

  • 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 

Select major information sessions (See online schedule the week before the event for an updated list.):

  • 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Interior Design and Other Majors TBD 
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Criminal Justice/Criminology/CSI Lab 
  • 12:15 – 12:45 p.m. – Graphic Design
