La Roche College Students Inducted into Business Honor Society

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 21, 2016 – Twenty-one La Roche University students recently became members of the Eta Psi Chapter of Delta Mu Delta, the International Honor Society in Business.

Student membership in Delta Mu Delta is the highest academic honor a business student can achieve. The organization promotes higher scholarship in developing business acumen and recognizes scholastic attainment in the business discipline. Student members become eligible for more than $60,000 annually in scholarship funds to continue or extend their education, and network with some of the principal business employers.

“It is always very rewarding to see the level of commitment our students have to academic excellence and to the business community through their active engagement in outreach in their service to others,” said Department Chair of Management Michaela Noakes. “These efforts are very much in alignment with the core pillars of Delta Mu Delta to create social and economic good through business as a platform for unity and equity for all people.”
