Get a Passport
Having a passport already in hand will facilitate studies abroad, broaden your worldview and open doors to countless international opportunities.
Passport Renewal
If you currently have a passport, check the expiration date. Most countries require that your passport be valid at least six months beyond the end date of your global education program. To renew a previously issued passport, visit the U.S. Department of State website.

- Sexual Assault Support and Help for Americans Abroad (SASHAA). Specifically designed to assist
Americans who have been assaulted while traveling, studying, volunteering,
working or living abroad. International toll-free crisis line 833-SAFE-833
(833-723-3833), Crisis email (crisis@pathwaystosafety.org – responds within 24
hours) and live chat on website.
