Film Summary: In 1943, the all-Black 6888th Battalion of the Women's Army Corps is tasked with sorting years' worth of backlogged mail for soldiers during WWII, bringing hope to families despite doubts from military leaders. Over 800 women fight against the odds to reconnect soldiers with loved ones.
