Offered fully online, La Roche University's Master of Science in Nursing program offers an added measure of convenience for working nurses to move forward in today’s health care industry.
The online Master of Science in Nursing program builds on the knowledge that you learned in your bachelor’s program, helping you develop into a critical thinker and scholarly leader. You may choose between three concentrations:
Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL)
This concentration prepares you for an advanced practice role across the continuum of care in any health care setting. Upon completion of the program, you’ll receive a master’s degree in nursing along with the opportunity to achieve CNL certification.
Nursing Administration
This concentration prepares you for a leadership role in a variety of settings. You’ll gain the specialized leadership skills to become a successful nurse administrator.
The curriculum prepares students to sit for the Nurse Executive Advanced Certificate Exam offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Nursing Education
This concentration provides the foundation for you to enter educational positions in health care, academic settings and health-related environments.
You’ll develop the knowledge and skills essential to the role of a nurse educator and be prepared to sit for the Nurse Educator Certification Exam offered by the National League for Nursing.
