- You must observe the Student Agreement, informing you that the La Roche University Student Code of Conduct extends to all Study Abroad + Study USA programs, you are obliged to participate in the program as designed, and La Roche University Assumption of Risk and Release Form that you signed as part of your SASU application.
- You must complete all required pre-departure and/or prerequisite sessions.
- You must make full payment of all tuition and fees by the due date on your University Statement of Account.
- If applicable to your SASU program, you must meet all entry, exit and Visa requirements of your SASU program destination, any countries while in transit, and the U.S. upon return, including but not limited to possessing a valid passport, obtaining the appropriate Via, and providing proof of any required vaccinations and/or any testing requirements and other protocols. Please refer to the U.S. Department of State and the respective Embassy or Consulate websites for the most up-to-date travel information.
- Any student with a sanction of disciplinary probation or suspension is ineligible to participate in SASU programs overlapping the dates of their sanction.
Please note: The Study Abroad + Study USA Office confirms student eligibility for SASU programs through the Office of Student Life upon application to the SASU program and at the end of the term immediately preceding the SASU program.
