Sponsored by the Ketteler Center for Peace, Justice & Inclusion, this training invites participants to deepen their understanding of culture, identity, and lived experience as central components of inclusive and justice-oriented communities. Participants will explore how social identities are formed, how they intersect, and how cultural norms shape communication, expectations, and power within institutional spaces. Emphasis is placed on cultural humility, self-awareness, and the responsibility to engage others with respect and curiosity.
