Manager of Stewardship and Donor Experience
La Roche University is seeking a Manager of Stewardship and Donor Experience to be responsible for ensuring that every La Roche University donor feels appreciated, informed, and connected to the mission they support. Reporting to the Executive Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations, this position oversees all aspects of donor acknowledgment, recognition, impact reporting, and event stewardship. The manager ensures consistent, high-quality communication and engagement with donors across all giving levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive stewardship plan to thank, recognize, and retain donors.
- Coordinate timely and accurate gift acknowledgment letters, impact reports, and donor recognition lists.
- Partner with Advancement Services to maintain accurate donor records and recognition preferences.
- Oversee the production of annual endowment and scholarship reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Media to design donor impact stories, videos, and visual communications.
- Support stewardship events, including scholarship luncheons, donor recognition receptions, and major gift dedications.
- Create systems and checklists to track stewardship actions and measure donor satisfaction.
- Serve as a campus resource on donor recognition protocols and naming opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of experience in advancement, stewardship, or communications.
- Strong organizational and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred).
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a mission-driven environment.
