La Roche University Board of Trustees Elects Officers and Appoints New Member

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 3, 2023 – The Board of Trustees at La Roche University recently elected new officers and welcomed one new member at its May 2023 board meeting.  

Officers  
Dione Graswick ’93, CPA  
Board Chair 

La Roche Distinguished Alumna Dione Graswick is a Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their National Quality Office, where she is responsible for leading the learning and development programs for the PwC US Trust Solutions. Ms. Graswick is actively involved in the community and with La Roche, having served on the Board since October 2018. Previously she served as the Vice Chair and Finance Committee Chair at La Roche. She also has served on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Technology Council and the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania. She earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from La Roche. 

Lyle D. Albaugh, J.D.  
Vice Chair 

Lyle D. Albaugh serves as chief operating and financial officer of Betsy Fisher Inc. He also founded and served as president for Higher Admission Inc., an online tool enabling families to compare costs of higher educational institutions to determine affordability. 

Mr. Albaugh worked as a securities and contract lawyer at Morrison & Foerster, and in the audit department of Deloitte. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Albaugh is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of sergeant. He has served on the La Roche Board of Trustees since October 2019.

Ray Zipay, CPA 

Ray D. Zipay is Executive Vice President, Head of Enterprise Testing Services for the PNC Financial Services Group Inc. Throughout his career he has held various leadership roles for PNC, The Vanguard Group Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Zipay earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Grove City College and attended the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Advanced Risk Management Program.
