Financial Terms and Conditions

By registering for classes at La Roche, students accept responsibility for paying all tuition, fees and other charges assessed to their student account, including any applicable late fees and interest resulting from registration and/or receipt of University services.

Financial Responsibility

Students are responsible for all charges incurred and costs assessed to their student account, regardless of any expected payment from financial aid, an employer, third-party sponsor or other source.

To maintain valid registration, a student account balance must be paid in full, enrolled in an approved payment plan or covered by another approved form of financing by the applicable tuition due date.

Failure to attend class or receive or view a bill does not relieve a student of their financial responsibility to the University.

Dropping or Withdrawing from Classes

Students who drop or withdraw from some or all of their registered classes, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, remain responsible for any tuition, fees and other charges due in accordance with the University’s published refund policies and schedules.

Past-Due Accounts

Students with delinquent accounts may be referred to a collection agency. Students are responsible for applicable collection costs and fees associated with amounts owed to La Roche University.

Delinquent accounts referred for collection may be reported to national credit bureaus.

Students with an outstanding prior balance may be prohibited from registering for a future semester until the balance is paid in full or otherwise resolved in accordance with University policy.

Student Acknowledgment

By registering for classes at La Roche University, students acknowledge and accept these financial terms and conditions and their responsibility for charges assessed to their student account.
