La Roche University to Host Presidents Day Admissions Events

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 29, 2026 – This Presidents Day, La Roche University invites prospective undergraduate students to explore campus, connect with faculty, and learn more about academic programs during a series of on-campus admissions events on Monday, February 16. Students who attend any event will earn a renewable $1,000 visit grant applied toward their tuition at LRU.

Designed for high school and transfer students, the events offer opportunities to tour campus, participate in hands-on academic experiences, and gain insight into life at La Roche.

Presidents Day Visit
12:30–3:30 p.m.
This general visit is open to students interested in any major. Participants will tour campus, meet admissions counselors, and learn more about academic programs, student life, and the application process. Register now.

Becoming a Teacher
12:30–3:30 p.m.
Students interested in education are invited to join La Roche faculty for an interactive session exploring the impact and opportunities of a teaching career. The event is designed to help students determine whether education is the right path for them. Register now.

Cybersecurity, Law & Justice Visit
12:30–3:30 p.m.
This event highlights La Roche’s programs in Criminal Justice & Criminology, National Security Studies, and Cybersecurity & Forensics. Attendees will tour campus, participate in hands-on activities led by expert faculty, and visit the University’s CSI student laboratory, where students put theory into action by investigating realistic, simulated scenes based on actual crimes. Register now.

Meet Design + Film
8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Students interested in graphic design, interior architecture & design, film, and photography will explore creative fields through hands-on projects and conversations with faculty and current students. Space is limited, with priority given to high school juniors and seniors. Preregister by Feb. 12.
