THE HOLOCAUST IN LITERATURE

This course explores the Holocaust through selected works of literature and film. Topics to be covered include the history and legacy of the Holocaust, the significance of eyewitness testimony and memory, the role of later-generation texts, and the relationship of Holocaust literature and film to contemporary issues.
