PREREQUISITE: EDUC2000, EDSP2015 & EDSP3015 (ALL WITH GRADE OF C OR BETTER)
This course is designed to prepare students for the school nurse role and administration of a comprehensive school health program. The essential responsibilities of the school nurse in meeting the needs of school-aged children are emphasized. The course includes a PA Department of Education required 100-hour practicum with a PA Certified School Nurse.
