The Office of Student Academic Support Services encourages students to pursue a variety of employment possibilities, from federal work-study positions, to opportunities on and around campus. These jobs offer more than extra cash—they provide you with real-world experience, making you career-ready and enhancing your college experience.
Don’t just take our word for it. A 2019 NASPA report revealed that on-campus employment programs provide several benefits to both students and universities. According to 244 student affairs professionals surveyed, these programs are designed to:

At La Roche University there are multiple ways for you to jumpstart your career and reap the benefits of working while you’re in college. These opportunities include:
Federal Work Study – This need-based program is for full-time undergraduate students.
On-Campus Employment – Work in the Writers’ Center, Wright Library, dining hall, or serve as a tutor or peer mentor.
Across the Street – McCandless Crossing, a newly developed town center within walking distance of campus, offers a range of internship and employment opportunities.
