Mission Statement:
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at La Roche University promotes student success by advancing excellence in teaching through faculty development, collaboration, and evidence-based pedagogical approaches and teaching practices. Rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition and the founding vision of the Sisters of Divine Providence, which emphasizes social justice, compassion, and inclusivity, the CTL supports full-time and contingent faculty in the growth and enhancement of all aspects of teaching. This support is provided through professional development, course and instructional design assistance, and opportunities for reflective teaching across all learning environments.
