Alfreida Smith Keltz has taught in various areas and levels of English, includingcomposition, research, business and technical writing, speech (oral presentations), argument and critical thinking, reading, and study skills, among others. She holds a Master of Education in English from California University of Pennsylvania, as well as certificates in TESOL/TEFL, technical writing, and as a reading specialist. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pittsburgh. Her current research interests include literacy assessment, critical thinking, artificial intelligence, and languages. She enjoys learning from other people about their cultures.
