La Roche University Announces Strategic Academic Collaboration with Parul University in India

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 14, 2025 – La Roche University is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Parul University in Vadodara, India, establishing a strategic academic partnership that will advance collaboration in education, research, and global engagement.

The agreement was formally signed by Dr. Christina A. Clark, Ph.D., President of La Roche University, and Dr. Devanshu Patel, President of Parul University, reflecting a shared commitment to fostering international academic partnerships, cross-cultural engagement, and innovative learning opportunities for students and faculty at both institutions.

Under the terms of the MOU, La Roche University and Parul University will collaborate on a broad range of initiatives, including dual-degree and joint-degree programs, student and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, international conferences and workshops, and short-term study and field experiences. These efforts are designed to provide students with diverse learning experiences, research opportunities, and internationally recognized credentials, while deepening cross-cultural understanding and preparing students and faculty to thrive in a globally connected academic and professional environment.

Founded in 2009 as the Parul Group of Institutes, Parul University has grown into a comprehensive private university comprising 32 institutes that offer more than 450 undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral programs across engineering, management, health sciences, law, arts, and sciences. The university emphasizes interdisciplinary learning, research-driven education, and global exposure. Its faculty includes members ranked among the Global Top 2% Scientists, and the campus hosts India’s first neurocognitive research center. Parul University was ranked among the top 50 universities in India by the NIRF Innovation Rankings 2023 and engages in Erasmus+ mobility programs, welcoming a vibrant international community from over 75 countries.

Together, the two institutions will provide students and faculty with expanded opportunities for international learning, research, and professional development, reflecting their shared commitment to preparing graduates to succeed in a globally interconnected world.
