      The Ketteler Speaker Series – Amanda Neatrour

      Amanda Neatrour presents, “You’re Pretty and Speak Well…What are you?” Lessons from a Pageant Winner.” A passionate activist for Black women and LGBTQ+ rights, Amanda Neatrour will share stories from her pageant wins, advocacy in the region, and her journey into politics. She is a Sheraden-based small business owner, opera singer, community advocate, and the Mrs. Pennsylvania American 2024 titleholder who has used her pageant platform to advance equity and representation.       Workshop: Bias, Harm and Accountability

Participants will learn to differentiate between intent and impact, recognize harm when it occurs, and engage in accountability practices that foster repair rather than defensiveness.
