Celebrate the diverse cultures represented at La Roche University during Desserts Around the World Day!
Students are invited to share a favorite dessert representing their home country or cultural heritage. From traditional family recipes to popular international treats, this event offers an opportunity to experience different cultures through food and learn about the traditions behind each dessert.
Interested in participating?
Students who would like to bring a dessert should email international@laroche.edu by Friday, November 13, with the following information:
- Full name
- Telephone number and email address
- Country or cultural background represented
- Name of the dessert
Participants are also asked to prepare a small poster or display board featuring their country’s name, the dessert’s name, and interesting facts about its history or cultural significance. Poster boards can be provided upon request.
