Sponsored by the Ketteler Center for Peace, Justice & Inclusion, this interactive workshop offers practical tools for navigating disagreement without withdrawing, attacking, or avoiding the conversation. Participants will explore the roles of listening, curiosity, and empathy and learn strategies for remaining engaged when conversations become difficult. The session encourages dialogue that seeks understanding even when agreement may not be possible.
