PITTSBURGH, Dec. 18, 2025 – La Roche University is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DBS Global University in Dehradun, India, establishing a strategic academic partnership to advance global learning, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The agreement was formally signed by Christina A. Clark, Ph.D., President of La Roche University, and Mr. Manoj Aggarwal, M.M.S., President of DBS Global University, reflecting the shared commitment of both institutions to academic excellence, cross-cultural understanding, and the preparation of students for success in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
Under the terms of the MOU, La Roche University and DBS Global University will collaborate on a variety of initiatives, including student mobility programs, faculty and staff exchanges, joint research projects, and the sharing of academic resources and information. The partnership also includes the development of dual-degree and joint-degree programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as short-term language programs, field experiences, practicum opportunities, and workforce development initiatives. These efforts are designed to support sustainable collaboration and advance the long-term academic missions of both universities.
Founded in 2007 as Doon Business School, DBS Global University has grown into a comprehensive private university recognized by the University Grants Commission and the Association of Indian Universities. Since achieving university status in 2024, DBS Global University has expanded into multiple schools offering over 50 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across business and management, engineering and technology, computing and data science, liberal studies, pharmacy and research, agriculture, law, and modern media. The university is recognized for its industry-integrated curriculum, applied learning environment, and emphasis on emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, business analytics, and digital business.
